Its architecture brings together two distinct but related dimensions: ➥ Stage of Evolution — C1–C3 Describes a person's dominant developmental orientation in relation to identity, responsibility, awareness, complexity, leadership and contribution. ➥ State of Integration — E1–E3 Describes the dynamic condition through which that developmental orientation is currently expressed. ➥ Leadership Real-World Experience™ Explores observable leadership behaviours across personal ownership, collaboration, influence, decision-making and stewardship. The stages describe a relatively enduring developmental orientation. The states describe changing conditions of experience. Every stage can experience every state; development changes the way a state is experienced, interpreted and related to. The Blueprint Decoder™ therefore does not treat a temporary state as proof of a person's developmental stage, nor does it interpret developmental maturity as the absence of difficult human experience. Together, these dimensions generate an individual Blueprint State Signature (C#E#), and a corresponding Leadership Archetype, providing insight into your current developmental pattern, leadership expression and next opportunity for intentional development. The Leadership Real-World Experience™ layer provides practical insight into how leadership is currently experienced and expressed in daily behavior.
