Energy Never Lies: Is your Energy Creating the Reality your desire?

This diagram from the ELEVATE MYSELF® Guidebook illustrates how your energy state directly affects your perception.

When you operate from a low-frequency state such as fear, guilt, or control, your inner filters distort reality, showing you only what matches those emotions. As you elevate your energy to a state of clarity, love and expansion, your perception opens and becomes more inclusive and intuitive. This model is foundational in understanding that reality is not fixed, it is filtered and energy is the lens.

All Energy vibrates as different frequencies, creating patterns.

Every emotion has a corresponding frequency which can elevate or regress you, hence, every emotionl narrative of your life is taking you either on an upward or downward spiral.
