This image from the ELEVATE MYSELF® Guidebook illustrates the Ultimate Model of Self, a transformative framework centered on four core levers: Self-Esteem, Self-Love, Self-Fulfilment and Self-Regulation.

The Architecture Beneath the Four Levers The Ultimate Model of Self begins with a deeper premise: the human being is not merely a collection of behaviours, achievements and outcomes, but an integrated expression of Body, Mind, Heart and Soul, held within the deeper recognition of I AM. Each dimension has a corresponding developmental lever — Self-Regulation, Self-Esteem, Self-Love and Self-Fulfilment — through which our inner architecture becomes visible in lived experience.

These levers, in turn, influence the quality of the life we experience across key result areas such as Health, Wealth, Relationships and Fulfilment guiding individuals toward balanced and sustainable personal growth. Mastery of these interconnected aspects empowers deeper self-awareness and holistic life transformation.

The model therefore moves from the deepest sense of Self, through the four dimensions of human experience, into the levers through which those dimensions are developed, and finally into the life we create, experience and contribute to. The four levers are not separate from the person; they are expressions of the person.

The 4 Levers of Self and the 4 Result Areas

Your personal evolution is shaped by four key internal levers, subtle forces that influence how you show up in the world, often without your conscious awareness. These levers directly impact four result areas that define the quality of your life:

A. The 4 Levers and Their Influences

Self-Esteem How you value yourself. It governs your confidence, ability to speak up and how you navigate visibility in the world. → Often reflects in your overall Wellbeing – including mental and physical health.

Self-Love How you receive care and allow connection. It shapes your ability to trust, receive support and form safe emotional bonds. → Often mirrors your Relationships – in intimacy, boundaries and trust.

Self-Fulfilment How you express your gifts and desires. It impacts motivation, creativity and the ability to pursue meaningful goals. → Often plays out in your sense of Purpose and contribution.

Self-Regulation How you cope with stress and process emotions. It determines resilience, boundaries and nervous system flexibility. → Often shows up in how you handle Abundance, stress and success.

Common Imbalance Examples:

  • Low Self-Esteem → Perfectionism or shut-down → Anxiety, procrastination, or people-pleasing

  • Weak Self-Love → Overgiving or emotional detachment → Cycles of toxic or avoidant relationships

  • Blocked Self-Fulfilment → Suppressed desires or over-achieving → Chronic dissatisfaction

  • Fragile Self-Regulation → Overwhelm, burnout, addiction to “doing” → Financial stress or lack of flow

B. Early Beliefs Shape These Levers Each of the 4 levers is often rooted in early subconscious conditioning. For instance: A shame-based belief like “I’m not good enough” might show up as poor self-regulation, leading to overworking, chronic stress, or emotional exhaustion.

We’ve developed a powerful framework inspired by schema therapy and subconscious patterning that maps how these early beliefs shape internal coping styles, outward behaviors and ultimately, your life experience. The full framework of all 4 Levers is available in the ELEVATE MYSELF® Guidebook and discussed in 1:1 sessions.

C. Ready to Rewire These Patterns? If you're beginning to see how these patterns show up in your own journey — you're not alone. And you don't have to decode it by yourself.

To explore how early beliefs, internal and external coping impact each lever — and to transform them with guided support — join the Elevate Myself® Success Method.

Your next breakthrough could begin with just one shift in awareness.
