A 45-minute private conversation designed to examine your current context, the questions bringing you to this point and the areas that may benefit from deeper attention. The conversation provides perspective on the relationship between the person, the role and the wider systems you carry, while helping determine whether a longer Executive Advisory engagement may be appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
Finalizing your booking implies agreement with the following professional standards. 1. Booking Validity Sessions are only valid within the active duration of your program. If your engagement has expired or payment is unsuccessful, bookings will be automatically cancelled to maintain the schedule’s integrity. 2. Cancellation & Forfeiture Policy Time is a non-renewable asset. To maintain the momentum of your progress, we adhere to a strict professional boundary: ▪️ Rescheduling: Please manage all changes via your portal at least 24 hours in advance. ▪️ Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the start time will result in the session being counted toward your engagement balance. ▪️ No-Show: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of the session. 3. Environment & Technical Standards To ensure an uninterrupted, high-impact session, please prepare your space: ▪️Presence: A quiet, private, and undisturbed environment is required. ▪️Setup: Device positioned at eye level with a stable high-speed connection. ▪️Essentials: Have a notebook, pen, and water at hand. ▪️Test: Verify your video and audio setup 5 minutes before your first session. 4. The Strategic Rhythm For consistent results, the ideal gap between sessions is 7 to 10 days. Gaps exceeding 14 days may stall your progress. We recommend booking one session at a time to remain responsive to your real-time needs. 5. Session Timing & Adjustments ▪️Punctuality: We begin exactly at the scheduled time. ▪️Technical Issues: If a session is disconnected within the first 15 minutes due to technical failure, it will be rescheduled. Beyond 15 minutes, the session is counted and remaining time is credited. ▪️Extensions: If our work requires immediate extra time, adjustments (in 30-minute blocks) will be applied to your balance.
